I currently spearhead the Virtual Reality (VR) development initiatives at XLPro TSPL. My core areas of focus and interest include VR development with Unity, Meta Quest, and 360 videos and panoramas for business applications such as tradeshow marketing, employee onboarding, product training, factory and premise tours, machine operations, and corporate events.With over two decades of professional experience, my journey began with Change Management consulting and conducting workshops on professional excellence (2005-2012). I then transitioned to developing technology-based gamification and e-learning solutions (2012 onwards), and most recently, VR-based immersive experiences. I have designed, developed, and deployed engaging workshops, online learning courses, gamified modules, and VR solutions for a diverse range of organizations.During the days of conducting classroom-based workshops and training programs, my tradeshow marketing interventions gained significant popularity in the Gem & Jewellery sector, leading to the creation of the first CD-based training on “Jewellery Tradeshow Marketing” in 2012. Since then, the humble CD of yore has evolved into advanced gamification and VR-based immersive experiences that I now conceptualize, design, develop, and deliver to corporate and SME clients globally.
