Financial reporting of mutual funds  Preparation and review of Financial Statements for various US Mutual Fund companies  Handling team which consists of around 20 members responsible for financial reporting.  Used to give MIS report to team on weekly basis to exhibit the production status and individual performance track. Track client comments to analyze and learn to avoid the same concern or repetitive misses.  Attending client call on bi-weekly and monthly for status as concerns addressed Responsible for leading projects intended to optimize operational efficiency and improve quality for financial reporting. Responsible for leading projects to begin servicing new funds and convert existing funds that require financial reporting services. Work with the onshore financial reporting group to efficiently and accurately prepare 1st draft of financials including all schedules and footnotes.  Understand, prepare and review Schedule of Investments, Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Statement of Operations, Statement of Changes in Net Assets and Financial Highlights. Keep updated and informed of regulatory and procedural changes that may affect the preparation of financial statements. Train the team with updated procedures and techniques and guide them for the accomplishment of the task.

 Individual US Tax Return Preparation Individual Tax Analysis. Determination of Type of US Tax Returns to be prepared. Analyzing and Implementing the Beneficial methods for clients. Experienced in frontloading level process which can easily leads the return processor in the preparation of tax returns. Experienced in identifying missing information and drafting to the onshore for more details, as it leads to improve and analyses the relevant information required, etc. Handling each project and make a quick response to the clients. Have got exposure in business tax as well as in sales and local tax as being part in RX.  As a point of contact to some projects, identify the resources to complete the task and assign the task to each member.
