A short-term immersive and interactive exchange program for Indian and Nordic students from social, natural, physical, and engineering sciences to understand cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary research surrounding current on-ground issues facing India.Engaged with key members and stakeholders for designing a secondary One Health research project on ‘Urban wastes and its health impacts’ to develop strategies to establish a dengue-free ward in Bengaluru.Gained insights about key topics and approaches such as circular bioeconomy, food security and nutrition, health and well-being, food systems, climate action, ecosystem services and preservation, water, and sanitation(WASH), OneHealth, ecosystems-based adaptation, and regenerative agriculture.

Worked as a Research Intern on the project ‘Promising Practices in Integrating Gender into Government Health Programs’ in collaboration with the World Health Organization-South East Asian Region (WHO-SEARO), UNU-IIGH, and the School of Public Health at the University of Western Cape in South Africa.
