As a former Associate Scientist at IQVIA India, I performed routine analysis of flow cytometry assay specimens in accordance with assay-specific gating guides and standard operating procedures. I evaluated the results, ensured quality control, and coordinated with regional and global teams for query resolution and data requests. I have a keen attention to detail, strong laboratory skills, and effective communication abilities. Before IQVIA, I worked as a Flow Cytometry Trainee Technologist at Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), where I gained thorough hands-on experience in sample processing, acquisition, and analysis for various clinical applications, such as diagnostic and minimal residual disease immunophenotyping, cytokine profiling, and CD34 stem cell enumeration. I also contributed to two research projects on the utility of CD177 and CD9/CD27 markers in hematological malignancies. I have a postgraduate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, where I also completed my bachelor's degree with gold medals in both the programs. I am passionate about applying my flow cytometry expertise to advance the field of clinical research and improve patient outcomes. I value collaboration, learning, and innovation, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
