With a master's degree in business administration (MBA) and a focus on HR and marketing, I am a human resources professional with over 5 years of experience in various aspects of HR operations and recruitment. I have developed in-depth knowledge of a wide range of benefits, insurance, maternity, and disability claims processes, as well as training and development, employee relations, and performance reviews.Currently, I am working as an assistant manager HR at Edunation Services Pvt. Ltd., where I manage payroll coordination, staff record keeping, and statutory compliance, Recruitment , while assuring alignment with corporate and legal policies and procedures. I also contribute to the induction and orientation of new recruits, and support the talent acquisition and retention strategies. My goal is to leverage my expertise in HR compliance and my skills in HR and marketing to facilitate the growth and success of Edunation and its employees.
