* Co-ordinate with Insurance Companies for any pre-approval related concerns/complaint or queries from Insurance.* Work closely with the submission and resubmission* Co-ordinate and guide CSEs/ nursing team/MRD team on all CPT coding related concerns.* Guiding the clinic MRD team on the EMR documentation that would reduce the rejections.* Provide all diagnosis related guidance to the physicians to reduce the Insurance related queries.* Continuous co-ordination and communication with Clinic team on assisting any Insurance related concerns* Assist in the training sessions for the CSE/Billers to reduce all the technical rejections.* Arrange regular training sessions for eliminating alltechnical rejections.* Assist in training sessions for the physicians based on the rejections.* Generate monthly performance/rejection report for the Clinics.* Generate monthly clinic wise performance/rejectionreport.* Update the rejection trend based on the rejection reports and assist in the trainings to reduce all technical rejections.* Update team on any usual rejection trend (Empanelment/ license issues) * Attend to all the queries from submission team on a daily basis by coordinating with the concerned stake holders at clinics to avoid any delayed submission.* Attend to all submission related queries to avoid month end back-logs.* Liaise to clinic stake holders in attending to all resubmission related queries on a timely manner.* Overview on the proper First review of claims to help smooth and timely claim submission*Create second in line for all leave coverage
