Electrical and electronics engineering graduate(B.tech EEE from GOVT engineering college Thrissur ) with more than 8 years of warranty trouble shooting/testing /retrofit /maintenance (all sub systems ) /engineering /Team lead experience in the rolling stock field.currently working with ALSTOM TRANSPORT Saudi Arabia as Rolling stock lead trouble shooter and duties involved are corrective /retrofit/simulation /design modifications /CMMS tasks /Corrective Team management on the ALSTOM rolling stocks supplied to Riyadh metro Lines 4,5 and 6. Being an expert in the Rolling stock system having extensive knowledge in Software Design Description documents (SDD) and all the system related wirings and circuits, closely collaborating with engineering design teams to have field modifications in the fleet of Riyadh metro. corrective maintenance team handling (group of up to 5 technicians) and activities monitoring / report preparation/ progress reviews /weekly meetings with the management. closely monitoring the fleet wise failure analysis data and giving feedback to engineering core team about issues and weekly follow ups Handling scheduled meetings with consultants from the client side and explaining fleet wise failure analysis/action plan etc. Inter departmental coordination for issues related to SLV/ POS/G3R/OPERATIONS (Other sub systems ) and roaster preparation for the CM team and daily report analysis and update. Toolbox talk, 5mins meetings and APSYS (ALSTOM PERFORMANCE SYSTEM) Implementation in the workshop with REX (Return of experience) sharing through team meetings and making them aware of the importance of safety at work. Key instructor (KI) for rolling stock team and training of the new employees on RST topics and their performance evaluation through ALSTOM LMS (Learning Management System) system and Certificate of competency (COC) Preparation/performance review of the team on yearly basis and submitting reports to the client with evidence. conducting interviews for any new hirings as per instructions from the management. Tools /Lifting devices /measuring equipment’s/Test benches calibration data check and coordination with sourcing team for PO preparation. Expert in analysis of all train level system log files (TCMS,Traction ,auxiliary converter ,brake,PAPIS) Extensively handled all most all the system related software tools (TRAIN TRACER, TRACEVIEW, MONRIYADH, TERMG2F, MONADEV,putty,WINSCP,Logiviewer,DSS,DSP,IP scanner etc) Acquired knowledge on special process trainings of torquing /gluing from ALSTOM SPECIAL PROCESS team.
