Team Manager
Current* Managing a team of full-time employees who are responsible for cash collection & Cash applications. * Supervising daily operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of cash receipts. * Help team in developing and implementing strategies to optimize cash collection processes, resulting in increase in efficiency. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA agreed. * Implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provided coaching and feedback to team members. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall business processes. * Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to cash handling and accounts receivable.
