(shortest ever for the company since incorporation). Instrumental in completion of merger of the subsidiary with the holding company. Implemented export benefit schemes resulting in cash flow savings to the company and tax saving schemes for the employees. Completion of year-end statutory audit and finalising quarterly financial statements under Ind AS & IFRS Implementation of new Indian Accounting Standards and monitoring continuous compliance thereof. Managing treasury by monitoring daily, weekly, monthly cashflows and monitor cashflow forecasts.  Liaising with bankers, rating agencies, and ensuring timely submissions and correspondence. Monthly review of business performance, variance analysis with budgets, previous month’s & YoY performance. Active participation in yearly budgeting process and cash flow forecasting. Engage with direct and indirect tax consultants for various statutory filings, completion of audits within the stipulated timelines under the respective regulations. Continuous engagement with the IT team for enhancements to the homegrown ERP and automate various periodical reports through ACL for monitoring exceptions. Continuous engagement with the operations team (HR & procurement) for process improvements, fixing control gaps and monitor labour law compliances. Continuous engagement with the legal team in concluding key clauses for finalising contracts and with the secretarial team in ensuring all periodical compliances.

 Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements on timely basis of various units and companies of the group which are under different IT platforms Key member of the IPO team and responsible for periodical restated financial statements and other financial information included in the prospectus. Involved in key corporate restructuring arrangements including 4 merger transactions, 1 demerger and 3 business transfer arrangements. Audit supervision & SPOC for coordination with statutory auditors for quarterly reviews & year end audits. Interact and engage with international audit firms to complete audits and tax filings of overseas entities. Transition from legacy accounting standards to evolving accounting standards and implementation across the group. Part of the SAP implementation team in providing inputs on the existing design and suggesting the expectations from SAP that suits need of the business. Controller of the Corporate business unit & active participation in budgeting process. Frequent interaction with the tax and treasury team on matters impacting financial reporting.  Work closely with the F P & A team to track and analyse the performance of the business units and providing inputs for audit committee presentations and quarterly investor presentations. Work closely with secretarial team to ensure companies act compliances. Work closely with the Central Purchase team to apply for and avail the export incentive benefits provided by the Government of India. Tracking project spends and providing input on monthly basis to project team for project monitoring. Monitor reconciliations of over 200 intercompany and intra-company balances/transactions matrix across the group.
