Worked with clients in the water and wastewater treatment industry and provided engineering consultation on electrical and instrumentation infrastructure, AutoCAD design drawing packages per client requirements, specifications, and city of phoenix standards. Provided control strategy design for electrical equipment and infrastructure per UL508 control panel standards.Other responsibilities included working with electrical and mechanical contractors to review and approve electrical and control equipment submittal and O&M manuals, and providing I&C Inspection services during construction.

- Lead the operations support team to facilitate the smooth transition of the distribution devices from EMS (energy management system) to ADMS (advanced distribution management system).- Provided EMS technical support to Energy control center, Protection and control engineers, Protection metering/auto control team and various other departments for effective troubleshooting of SCADA network, metering, and other instrumentation failures and misoperations.- Verified/configured the database for RTUs and connection (the frame relay network). Performed functional and operation tests on the field devices from ADMS.- Defined the polling standards for the RTUs in ADMS in compliance with the NERC standards.- Effectively performed remote operational and functional tests on Breakers, Reclosers, Ground trips and other RTU points on EMS/ADMS over the SCADA network. - Monitored the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) performance in the EMS/ADMS and performed quality troubleshooting on the RTU communication path by circuit path testing and loopback analysis.
