Responsible for Parent customer experience on Amazon.in. built global engagement program– Amazon Family program for Amazon India marketplace.• Owned and drove customer experience, customer adoption, customer offerings and benefits, engagement and retention for these customer engagement programs.• Built strong scalable programs to manage, deep dive and monitor the customer acquisition and retentionstrategies.• Designed & built operational processes to make the programs scalable and helped stakeholders acrossfunctions (technical, marketing, sales, legal and vendors) actively engage with parent customers.
