• Worked as a Lead Technician in Production both upstream fermentation, downstream purification, and final packaging in a cGMP facility.• Operating automated and manual machines that helps the production (Autoclave, Steris Parts washer, Biowelder and Watson Marlow pumps).• Experience in Fermentation & Downstream vessel system and HMI operation. Familiar with Centrifugation, Microfiltration, AKTA based Chromatography process (HIC, MMC, AEX & CEX) and Ultrafiltration.• Performing process sampling and testing including pH, conductivity, spectrophotometry, aseptic sampling etc.• Recording and maintaining GMP Batch Production Records.• Assisting with housekeeping, equipment cleaning, general warehousing, material staging.• Member of BioVectra Health and Safety Committee.
