I myself with my friend started Emonde private Limited from scratch on August 2012. As a project assistant for Global employability initiative, I was in charge of co coordinating work shops, conducting CV clinics and contacting different colleges and companies in India for recruitment of University of Northampton's graduates to India.

As a team we were involved in improving employability of the students at NBS. We used to conduct training sessions to students so that we can simulate them the exposure what they want in real time

As a sales engineer I was in charges of selling two international machine vision camera brands in India. I was associated with HR department in organising and arranging training session for the employees of the company and also was in charge of ISO 9002 process for the sales department of the company.
