Also successfully handed over BGM, IT, EAPBX, Wifi project at World Trade Centre - Phase 2, Infopark, Kakkanad.Responsibilities.1. Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals,design, estimation, procurement, follow-ups, manpower handling, installation,commissioning, handing over etc2. Coordination with consultant and subcontractor’s for engineering and designissues, Ability to understand Electrical / Mechanical Drawings and design layoutsin AutoCAD3. Communicating regularly with the Operation Senior Management and others toensure effective Integration and prioritization of Technical issues to Resolve themeffectively.4. Testing of all the cables laid for Fire Alarm, CCTV,PA and Access Control Systemlike cable continuity checking and other related tests before terminating them totheir related Panels.5. Following up with the Client for Payments towards the amount of work completedin site.6. Performing inspection for materials delivered by different suppliers, subcontractors and client.7. Submitting site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicablemonitoring reports on regular basis or as required.8. Regular coordination with all the sub-contractors and supplier to fasten thecompletion of the project. · Advising the teams and solving any queries anddifficulties faced by them · Checking physical installation as per DWG,Supervising the site activities and verifying the work as per the design.
