I am a Self driven Design and Aplication Engineer with 5 years of experience in product design, development and project execution.I have gained extensive experience by working in various phases of the project cycle from Pre-sales to Engineering for Pressure relief valve product line and Subsea Production Systems. I have developed deep interest in project management and it's related approach & tools.In my current role I work in Subsea Production Control system, Product design, documentation and change management..In the pre-sales phase, I am responsible for reviewing Customer Specification, preparation of techno-commercial offer (Quotations), Special costing, customer negotiation and order execution and preparation of key documents like ITP. have developed good communication skills as I interact with customers and engineers all over the world regularly. This experience allowed me to gain strong confidence in technical sales with the aim to maximize the profit margin.Responsible for reviewing major customer specs of Neptune Deep, BP Murlach, Aramco, BP, Dubai petroleum and Shell EFAIn the engineering phase, I had worked in BOM creation & validation, Sustenance engineering, cost reduction, new product development projects, 3D modelling and 2D manufacturing drawing creation.I also initiate routine Engineering change requests (ECN) for Engineering to order items and release the drawing to production.Skilled in GD&T ,FMEA,DFMA, Tolerance Stackup Analysis, SAP, Autodesk Inventor , Solidworks, Nx-CAD,Creo, AutoCAD, Teamcenter, Ms-Office and standards such as ASME Section I &VIII, ASME Y14.5, ASME B16.5, API, ISO and NORSOK standards.
