I am from Sonepur (Odisha), A backward geographical region, where the illiteracy, poverty and health care is the issue, still an numbers of villages are not connected with all season road. I have been working in this region since 2016 and dedicated for the society, and working for the quality education and holistic development of the child through our initiative GRAMOTHHAN. After the completion of post-graduation in social work, associated with various organization and got the chance to work in various domain like- Health, Livelihood and education. But when I try to find out the real situation of my own locality found a huge gap in the field and policy implementation. And the initiative GRAMOTHHAN was set up for working with the rural and tribal community towards improving the quality education and strengthen the public education where the community should aware to take the ownership of these institution.While working with the domain of school education, after the class room engagement, I developed my interest upon language teaching and library initiative, Storytelling and Art based learning. And trying to working with the children in these areas. Since last 6 years of my working journey got the exposure and experience across Heath, livelihood, activity based learning and education and consulting with the organization like- UNDP. And it inspire for the initiative called GRAMOTHHAN in education domain. As well as a fellow of Wipro seeding and Changeloom. Currently working with LEPRA society in the eye care project through Mahanadi Netra Chikitsalaya Project in Odisha
