After completing my graduation B.E in Electronics and communication Engineering my passion towards teaching gave me an energy to take up a career of a Technical Trainer . My role of facilitator started as a free lancer ,I am a NIST certified Soft skill trainer ,later on I developed my aptitude skills and became an Aptitude trainer and a CAT exam Coach. My curiosity towards training field pushed me to do master degree in MBA-HRM and also DIPLOMA IN NLP .To add to the credits I am a NIST certified POSH Trainer and I have also completed Diploma in Labour laws and Statutory Compliances for HR's. I have completed an exclusive course in CYBER PSYCHOLOGY and Diploma course in Professional Counselling. I have 7+ yrs of Experience in the field of training and HR consulting and gearing up with account management.
