Aswin was part of the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) team at the Software Design Centre in WABCO India Limited. He was part of the prototype development and testing of a Turning Assist product.Aswin also worked on the testing of Diagnostics software for a Collision Mitigation System that is widely used by OEMs in Europe and North America. He was part of the team that won the "High Performance Team" award for developing a cost-saving simulation testing environment.

Aswin was part of the team that developed diagnostics software for commercial vehicles manufactured by a renowned Original Equipment Manufacturer in Europe. He initiated a process improvement in the handling of documentation of customer diagnostic requirements.He served as the Head of the Employee Engagement Committee in his first year at WABCO India Limited. The twelve member team initiated several changes in the working environment at Software Design Centre in WABCO India Limited, and conducted numerous employee engagement activities.
