As an Executive Member of the Professional Mentorship Program at XLRI Jamshedpur, I am passionate about creating and facilitating meaningful connections between industry leaders and aspiring managers. I have planned and executed a roadmap for mentoring 113 students from the PGDM (GM) Co'23 batch, acquiring over 400 mentors from various domains and sectors, and organizing workshops and feedback sessions for both mentors and mentees. I am also the committee SPOC for the cohort, providing guidance and support throughout the program.Before joining XLRI, I worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Bosch Global Software Technologies, where I delivered bug-free ECU software to FORD customers within the timeline, provided technical assistance to other projects and teammates, and mentored new joiners. I have extensive knowledge of automotive control systems, hardware-in-loop validation, and software development life cycle, following ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards. I was also a core innovation team member at the department, contributing to the improvement and optimization of the software processes and products.I am pursuing my PGDM in General Management to enhance my skills and knowledge in product management, stakeholder management, and quality assurance, and to explore new opportunities and challenges in the dynamic and evolving business environment. I hold a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, and a MA in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I am fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, and have a beginner level of German proficiency.
