Key Responsibilities=================* Lead data science projects including model building, feature pipelines, model serving and automated monitoring of models.* Perform PoCs based on new research papers, toolkits, libraries etc. in data science space to showcase the applications in Insurance domain. * Drive telematics based insurance initiatives with partners (pay-as-you-drive, behaviour scores etc.) and develop analytics based value added services (crash reconstruction, fleet analysis etc.).

Key Responsibilities===============* Research on how individual features influence a specific prediction given by gradient boosting models and develop a Python library for the same. * Analysis/assessment of car crash data collected using mobile phones in comparison to professionally fitted devices.

Key Responsibilities===============* Work closely with business @ General Motors R&D Centre in Michigan, USA as Primary Customer Interface.* Technical Lead for data authoring application used in diagnosing computer control systems issues in vehicles.* Manage a team of software engineers to handle periodic software releases, incident/change management for General Motors account.
