• Handling inquiry from sales department or directly, recognizing the exact scope by verifying the drawings and associated inputs.• Selection of the suitable equipment/heat exchanger along with detailed design as per the customer requirements through Unilab Coils v7.3, Danfoss Coolselector, AutoCAD, Solidworks. • Preparation of the BOM for the Estimation in coordination with Procurement and Sales.• Work with external suppliers to analyze the specifications and technical requirements of raw materials suitable for the project.• Associated with the production department for meeting the customer deadlines and product delivery.• Assist the Engineering Team Leaders as required.• Release all required drawings with updated BOM to shop floor as per schedule.• Knowledge of Air Cooled Chiller, Shell and Tube design and manufacturing, Coil design, circuitry, Heresite, corrotech and bronze glow husky green coatings• Lead the design and manufacture of 80TR (SS-SS) shell and tube heat exchanger for Emirates Steel Abu Dhabi, UAE.• Design, optimization and new feature addition to the air-cooled chillers with capacities ranging from 5 TR to 200 TR.• Design and development of new product as required and to manage project through the completion.• Design and develop enhancements to the existing product range.• preparation of product design to identify and implement cost saving and performance improvement.• Lead companywide quality improvement efforts and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certification processes.• Prepare complete design of unit.• Support other departments (production, Quality and Assembly) where require on issues of a technical nature.
