 Planning and Scheduling production for Stamping Division, Spring Division, Micro Tec Division as per given Schedules from Customers and follow up the same for Deliveries as per the Given Schedule date with production. Responsible for planning of Raw material, Semi finished parts through SAP. Responsible for Planning of subcontracted material, sending, monitoring and receiving the same . Issuing Week wise & Month wise Production Plan, Dispatch Plan & Co-Ordinate for 100% Target . Release of daily plan to critical areas such as stores , Inspection area and Critical machine. Responsible for the Internal Production planning , Capacity utilization & Critical machine planning. Responsible for the SAP related activities such as Schedule updating/Production orders /Sample orders/PVB Clearance/BOM corrections/COGI error posting . Maintaining Inventory Control by SAP –ERP System. Issuing Production Order to Production and monitoring the flow of Production Conducting Production Meeting Every day to discuss priority of parts and dispatch to the customer Conducting Delivery Meeting Every week and Making Reports of the same . Keeping Work In Progress Safe. Monitoring Delivery Performance of Suppliers/sub-Supplier. Coordinating with Purchase & Quality Department for New Supplier development. Responsible for the Logistics related activities such as Booking/Follow up of Forwarders/Ensure delivery as per agreement with customers i.e. Domestic & Exports.  Responsible for Co Ordination with Freight Forward Bill Settlement & Reconciliation. Maintaining 5S in Work Place.
