Created special user interface consisting of all critical alarms on a single screen thereby improving the active response rate and productivity of the operations team by a considerable margin of 15 % . • Led investigations, helped in finding resolutions of automation problems and in the implementation of Automation Change Control in compliance with GMP, safety and environmental regulations. • Performed root-cause analysis and generated reports of system failure to help in developing potential solutions.• Developed Standard Operating Procedures for BMS

• Responsible for the site installation and commissioning activities ensuring the safe delivery of the project in accordance to the company policy and procedure and adhering to all statutory and regulation legislation at Novartis Bio Pharmaceutical Singapore project site. • Set up an interface with the Siemens Building Management System ( BMS ) via Modbus protocol to map all the third party installations like process & absorption chillers, variable speed drives, boilers etc.• Testing & commissioning of the control logic on the DDC controllers for all the utility and HVAC systems. • Creation of system graphics and control logic for the systems. • Managed sub-contractors and helped them on control panel troubleshooting.

• Developed and maintained an application for the TCS -Sprint Off-shore development team. Trained on Core Java. • Identified project risks and promptly escalated all the quality issues to the on-site development team for enhancements in order to give a better outlook and functional aspect for the end release application /module.• The application was developed for the infotainment systems to be present inside Chrysler cars.
