Key Job Responsibilities:• Develop business potential in the field of Electrical and mechanical products by identifying projects, interaction with clients, and develop inquiries in the MENA region.• Preparation and submission of tenders/offers with comprehensive breakdown of each item to be priced, negotiation in close coordination with the business head/management. • Build a strong team of staff and monitor progress.• Close supervision of sales, liaison with main contractor, consultant, client and making all the correspondence to keep the sales up to date in terms of financial and technical aspects.• Registering the products in various government and private organizations like ADNOC, ADWEA, DEWA, RTA and others. • Timely billing of all the sales and submission of the same in time to the client. Follow up on collections and timely payment.• Execute different business strategies to support company growth and business expansion including developing new product agencies.

Key Job Responsibilities:• Review and assess the MEP tender documentation and requirements to enable production of successful tenders• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs• Identify and report on risk and opportunity/scope • Obtain a suitable number of competitive quotations and compare on a like for like basis• Organize and compile sub-contractor quotes for estimates• Work collaboratively as a key member of the bid team• Make sure that tenders take into account health and safety, quality and environmental legislation as well as compliant with Company policies and procedures• Produce accurate net estimates with full breakdowns for adjudication using excel spreadsheets• Work closely with Estimation Managers in finalizing the estimates and cost control• Develop complete MEP budget and plans for the projects• To seek value engineering & advantage through tender process• Prepare contract documents including bill of quantities• Allocate work to subcontractors• Value completed works and arrange monthly payment certificates and invoices accurately without any discrepancies

Key Job Responsibilities:• Performing Cladding and Structural wind load study of structures such as buildings, airports, stadia etc.• Preparing the prerequisites needed for the wind tunnel study such as pressure sensor layouts and wind tunnel testing instructions• Post processing of the test data obtained from the wind tunnel • Performing full blown cladding and structural analysis of structures using the wind tunnel test data and preparing extensive reports of both cladding and structural studies conducted on the structure• Performing QA/QC of cladding and structural wind load studies to ensure that flawless reports are delivered to the clients• Working cohesively with the team to bring up solutions to complicated issues in a consultant’s perspective• Doing frequent marketing trips to meet prospective clients, win new projects and ensure that the best service possible is delivered to them
