Actively involved in the development of Business Correspondent Management System for a leading Indian bank called HDFC Bank for onboarding of corporate agents and complete agent lifecycle management2. Handled different modules of the system like Agent onboarding module, Agent de-boarding module, Agent commission management module, Agent certification management module, Agent complaint management module etc3. Participated in the workshops with customer for requirement elicitation and requirement gathered efficiently4. Created User Stories, Business Requirement Document & Process Flow Diagrams 5.
