- Performed an audit of over 50 pharmaceutical products monthly for 3 hospital units per floor to minimize medication errors and optimize patient care- Delivered 200+ medications to over 15 units in a timely manner to improve timely patient care- Compounded 60+ IV medications within an 8 hour shift including both controlled and noncontrolled medications- Trained 8+ interns/technicians/students/residents on proper sterile compounding technique, performed their sterility testing, and tracked and documented their successful completion and passing of the testing.

- Presented a CV workshop to 40+ second year pharmacy students- Created 5-page detailed agendas and lead meetings lasting 1-2 hours over zoom and in-person that involved 14 members, the faculty advisor, and resident advisor

- Worked with a team of 10 individuals to organize activities lasting over 4 hours over the span of 2 days for the first-year pharmacy student orientation- Collaborated with the co-leader to prepare 6 activities for over 40 students; contacted over 8 third and fourth year students to participate in a round table style discussion of their pharmacy school experience- Met with the team for 2-3 hours to match over 90 first and second year students to their mentor-mentee; created a 1 hour ice-cream sundae event that allowed the pairs to meet one another and exchange information

- Collaborated with the president, faculty advisor, and resident advisor to create a leadership presentation, integrated into the professional development curriculum, presented to over 40 first year students- Collaborated with the president and project coordinator to create a proposal for a 5 series event community project that emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion; submitted the proposal for consideration for a $1,000 award- Created 5-page detailed agendas and lead meetings lasting 1-2 hours over zoom and in-person that involved 14 members, the faculty advisor, and resident advisor

- Assisted 50+ patients daily both in person and on the phone with getting refills on their prescriptions and with adding and editing insurance- Inputted and processed 200+ written and faxed prescriptions and vaccines- Communicated with other local pharmacies to get patients prescriptions transferred- Assisted 25+ patients with over-the-counter medication questions

Department of Chemistry- Conducted 2-3 assigned experiments weekly in the plasma lab- Conducted experiments in collaboration with principal investigator as well as individually every Thursday and sometimes Friday for 2+ hours not including hours spent on manuscript editing/revision - Experiments included using plasma jets and plasma balls to treat seeds and study radicle growth, surface poration, germination rates, and more
