I've been working as an Agile practitioner for years. My latest book, ASN Agile, was published in January 2024 as a continued effort to establish Agile in the Indonesian government. I am working in the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)Transformation, the Directorate General of Taxes. My primary assignments involves evaluating and creating ICT strategies and policies. I am also involved in software development, especially in conducting system analysis and design.

I’ve been involved in various studies to promote changes to exisiting IT policies in the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), including the move to Agile and specifically Scrum as the default software development framework. I’ve been highly involved in creating recommendations for transitioning to Scrum, disseminating the knowledge of Scrum to relevant employees through training and coaching, and drafting regulations to legally support the implementation of Scrum in DGT. Aside from my work in DGT, I also write articles discussing the implementation of Scrum in government institutions.

I am working as a staff in the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)Transformation. My primary assignments involves doing system analysis, system design, and various tasks related to IT strategy and policy.

Assigned as staff at Directorate of Taxation Information Technology. I have been involved in data cleansing and matching for taxpayers data using IBM Websphere. Aside from data cleansing and matching, I am also involved in developing internal web applications.

This is a short term secondment program between the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), Australia, and the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), Indonesia. In this program, I was a part of the team sent by DGT to do temporary work in ATO. I was assigned as part of a software development team working on the Risk Assessment and Profiling Tools (RAPT) that is currently used in the ATO. My work mainly consists of migrating current technologies used by RAPT, i.e. ASP .Net Web Forms and Infragistics 10, to ASP .Net MVC, jQuery, and other up-to-date web technology.
