Conducting in-depth interviews to further evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing: Contributing to employer branding to attract fittest talent to the organization. Crafting compelling job descriptions and marketing materials to attract candidates.- Talent Pipeline Engagement: Building and maintaining a pool of potential candidates for future roles in organization.- Continuous Improvement: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
