Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) - provide enterprise risk advisory services primarily in relation to the coordination on the implementation and development of the ERM policy, procedures, and processes in the AmanahRaya Group.▪ Ensuring that the risk registers of business units undercare is up-to-date and that the Risk Register are reviewed annually and approved by Head of business units.▪ Monitor the key risks, including the mitigation plans and Key Risks Indicators (KRIs) of business operations periodically.▪ Implement ongoing Risk Awareness initiatives to raise the importance of risk management culture among all employees of AmanahRaya Group.▪ Conduct review and gap analysis on business units’ risk management practices and prepare the report accordingly.2. Financial Risk Management (FRM) - Undertake a portfolio approach in evaluating financial risks of the AmanahRaya Group including the funds under ARB’s management.▪ Perform periodic portfolio risk reporting, which is aimed to monitor and track all investments portfolios for investment policy compliance as well as undertaking the efforts to investigate all outstanding exceptions.▪ Monitor the key risks, including the mitigation plans and Key Risks Indicators (KRIs) of KWB's investment activities periodically and report anomalies, escalate risk issues as well as recommend corrective actions.3. Business Continuity Management (BCM) – provide oversight, guidance, and consultation to AmanahRaya business lines to develop and maintain business continuity programs that effectively address business readiness and recovery.▪ Assist in performing the annual Call Tree Test for the business units and prepare the report accordingly.▪ Assist in coordination of the annual BCP Test and prepare the report accordingly.▪ Assist in performing the annual review of BCM's process and procedures for AmanahRaya and its subsidiaries.

• As a Risk Representative of Sapura Rail Systems, Project Risk Management Department in Implementation of Project Risk Management across the MRT2, LRT3 and LRT3 project life-cycle and establish an effective risk communication and reporting structure to support the risk management process.• Performing risk management process (risk identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment) according to Risk Management Plan.• Coordinate and review key risk profile of the project and monitor that all significant risks are managed effectively and appropriately by the risk owners.• Facilitate in the adoption of the ISO31000 Risk Management methodology and process for the project.• Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk mitigation plan, reporting that highlighting the most significant risks to the COMMS MRT2, LRT3 and RTS project, and changes on project risk level.• Assist Risk Manager in building risk awareness amongst COMMS MRT2, LRT3 and RTS staff by providing support and training to ensure the effectiveness of Risk Management.• Monitor, Maintain and update the risk register (ARM Risk register, excel format risk register) throughout the progress of the project. • Presenting the project risk report in terms of emerging risks, changes in residual risk ratings, and action plans/risk treatment to the Client PDP/PMC (SULRT3, MMC GAMUDA and Jacobs) on monthly basis• Analyse, update, and maintain project risk profile to reflect project’s current risk levels and submit Monthly Progress Report, Progress Dashboard, and Risk Management Checklist as required to PDP/PMC (SULRT3, MMC GAMUDA and Jacobs).
