-Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow including ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.-Submitting manifest (K4) on system for all import shipment, issuing Bill of Lading for export shipment,invoicing to customer upon shipment completed.-Make booking to carrier for export shipment to meet customer shipping plan. -Utilize process monitors and workflow on daily basis, including vessel arrival and departure, haulier and truck arrangement.-Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.-Interact with customers and other stake holder in arranging the shipment, exceeding customer service expectations.-Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (shipping liner, airlines, trucking companies and others).-Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer's policies/requirements.-Meet KPI standards, as the per company procedures.-Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external).-Handle project shipment and breakbulk cargo delivery from direct discharged vessel, load cargo to low bed truck up until delivery and unloading at consignee place.

Analyst Account Receivable at NOL Global Service Centre Sdn Bhd (APL)Responsibilities:-Accurate and timely billing for both freight and non-freight recovery.-Assist internal and external auditors in conducting audit work.-Assist in timely collections from internal and external customers. -Prepare supporting document and obtain approval for refund processing.-Assist in preparation in weekly and monthly reports.-Perform payment allocation and void payment.Representative,OperationsResponsibilities:- Create and prepare loading list.- Generate reefer and DG manifests.-Execute system updates (CCMS and terminal sytem) per Cluster Cargo and Transhipment team instructions for roll,advancement, misconnection replanning etc.-Reconcillation of terminal loadlist and loadlist from APL booking sytem (CCMS).-Update journey leg for MYPKG terminal relay.-Check the container loading from Westport terminal system.- Monitor journey leg for SGSIN terminal relay.-Assist Transhipment Support (TS) to find new connection vessel.

-Assist customers to check item status.-Handle the customer’s complaint.-Assist and provide companies’ info to the customers.-Assist the (Backend & Resolution Team) to solve customers’ issue.-Follow up the customer’s complaint.
