I am an established plant based executive chef, urban agro-ecologist, fashion designer, entrepreneur, health coach, and five time author (Your Taste Buds Are Not Your God, Dedication Catering Cook Book, Dedication Kids Cook Book, Introduction to Organic Gardening, & Transformative Breath Therapy). I graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts, Pasadena. (Le Cordon Bleu Program) in 2008 and am renowned for using vegetables, fruits and herbs freshly harvested from locally grown community gardens in the food I prepare and serve. I have consulted the development of multiple community gardens throughout Los Angeles and was awarded a Certificate of Acknowledgment by the Mayor & City Council of Compton for my service directing the Compton Community Garden. This space collectivity distributed food, resources and information during the height of the COVID 19 pandemic as part of the Compton Unified Response Effort. I lead in facilitating and recording many classes such as Introduction to Organic Gardening, Emotional Resilience with Aroma Therapy, and adult & children cooking classes.
