A self-made businesswoman and entrepreneur from Singapore, I started my first food business in 2002 selling Vietnamese and Thai fusion food in an open kiosk in Plaza Singapura. With no prior experience in F&B operations, my learning curve was both steep but fruitful. I carved my own path in the F&B industry from successfully creating Taiwanese street snacks F&B concept to effectively managing well-known Japanese F&B concepts. I am best known for my strong people management skills, diligence and sharp eye for details. I build teams and add skills and values to my members.With the years of F&B experience I have amassed over the years, I help others by providing invaluable advice and mentorship for these new startups and entrepreneurs. In 2010, I have also boldly ventured into the challenging China market with my business concept. To date, I own the well-known Ah Mah Traditional Homemade Egg Sponge Cake bakery chain. I also own and operate the successful franchise of Menya Kokoro in Singapore since 2018.
