Executive Producer
CurrentI run the day-to-day editorial and operational aspects of the newsroom. This includes developing the content strategy for the day, ensuring all visual platforms are served with up-to-date, compelling, factual, relevant information. I manage a team of employees and develop their skills to help them reach their next role within the company.In this role, I have executive produced two presidential elections, one gubernatorial election, many hurricane events - three requiring a full evacuation of the station, and three live championship parades celebrating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Lightning.As a team player I am able to write, edit, produce, booth TV and streaming content, create graphics, set up and conduct interviews, and fill in for senior managers.
