Business Excellence (Performance)- Conducting and leading regular meetings with suppliers to discuss issues and improvement plans- Establishing relationships with the government authorities- Understanding the laws and regulations that governs imports / exports, and finding out any new laws / regulations- Checking MRP updates daily on SAP, and highlighting material criticalities in a timely manner to all stakeholders. - Managing clearing agent’s and ensuring they deliver the goods in minimum clearing time at the lowest costPlanning & Execution- Verifying demand and firm orders against planning zones as per the SLA with customer- Develop annual plans with prioritization and resourcing- Coordinating with Procurement to ensure validity of supplier’s contracts- Managing approved suppliers’ lists, material specifications, raw/packaging materials- Analyzing and updating Material Master parameters and Info. Records to ensure right product is available at the right time with the correct prices- Utilizing all new developments/reports in SAP to improve the work efficiency- Manage and execute product life-cycle (range) management (e.g. product introduction and phasing out, etc.)- Analyzing ageing reports- Owning the KPIs, reporting, controlling and monitoring.- Coordinating with production SKU change-overs to reduce material and PR losses- Controlling the process of duty exemption, and ensuring that the company does not run out of exemption approvals- Controlling the process of Municipality approvals and making sure that there are no errors in the data provided to the municipalityLeadership & People Management- Direct, coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in supply chain related duties- Lead and manage a team to coordinate activities in production planning, customer service, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, & transportation- Identify and manage risk within the supply chain

Supporting the purchasing and demand planning department in forecast, supply chain and stock management of Point Of Purchase displays by liaising with marketing, sales and logistics teams. Data management through information system. Inventory analysis and purchasing forecast preparation with key Gulf markets. DRP data management:- Activation of the new items in DRP- Creation of new launch campaigns in DRP- Input the sales forecast of the launched resale and POP goods- Collecting the order forms of the novelties from Marketing (Local Market/Travail Retail) Point Of Purchase displays stock management: - Checking the new needs of POP from Marketing vs. the current stock,- Participation in monthly stock meeting, preparation the data for the discussion, creation of the action plan to reduce and optimize POP inventory with the collaboration of Marketing and Sales,- Monthly follow-up and tracking of the action plan,- Sales forecast of the testers revising and monthly updating.- Check the coherence between forecasts and the different marketing plans- Assess the impact of major coming promotions on future sales volume Demand Planning and Stock Management of Servicing Distributors (key Gulf markets): - Build the product forecasts in line with their life cycle position: launch, catalogue and end of life- Supports coherence between country forecasts, budget and estimates- Based on sales history analysis, deliver a monthly purchasing forecast proposal for the whole product range of the country- Collaborative work with the Country Representatives regarding the creation and quarterly update of the purchasing forecast of the goods,- Stock analysis and proposal for the inventory optimization on quarterly basis
