I am a Group Leader whom has been assigned to lead nearly all of the production lines in the Assembly Department of the TMCA at their Altona Manufacturing Plant. This has given me a very broad knowledge, understanding and experience in handling complex production environments, quality assurance and improvement, and daily human resource issues. Additionally, I am involved in cost reduction activities and safety improvement initiatives, all with exemplary results.I am competent in managing and motivating groups of over 40 people and am able to identify and harness their capabilities and utilise them to their full potentials, ensuring that daily production targets are met consistently and efficiently.I received extensive training under the tutelage of highly esteemed Toyota Australia and Toyota Japan production line managers and executives, both here in Melbourne and Nagoya.
