Account Business Manager manages the delivery of all Account Business Operations functions of the account. Monitors and manages the key areas of account governance, account operations, performance management, revenue management and workforce management. Works closely with the Account Manager and the Account Delivery Manager ans is key part of the account Leadership team. Facilitates cross-account coordination between sales and internal operations towers, and provides ongoing maintenance and report-outs in response to account audit requirements.

Business Operations Analyst works collaboratively with Account Business Managers to implement account-related business operation and governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency, to drive effective communication, and to promote process standardisation. Populates and monitors operational systems to provide such things as procurement and invoicing accuracy, contract management and communication, sales forecast and pipeline alignment and documentation and record retention. Facilitates cross-account coordination between sales and internal operations towers, and provides ongoing maintenance and report-outs in response to account audit requirements.

Audit assistant is an entry-level auditing professional who perform basic auditing tasks under the guidance of senior auditor. The audit assistant monitors and analyses the financial reports of a company. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and identifying financial strengths and weaknesses.

A Payroll Professional is responsible for processing payroll, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements. Ensures compliance with government regulations, establishing and implementing policies on matters such as payroll advancements to employees and the hiring, training and supervision of payroll staff.
