- Full SLM and Reporting On-boarding Project Management (Transition and/or Transformation Projects)• Project Plan and Schedule creation• Tracking • Fulfilment• Deliverable acceptance- Implementation of the Service Level Management and Reporting Management Processes• Creation of the Customer specific Level 4 Process Documents - define customer/HPE process touch-points, R&R mapping, process KPIs, process specific templates and forms• Management and Coordination of the validation of the contractual SLAs and Reporting requirements with the various Towers• Management and Coordination of SLAs and Reports set-up within the respective Toolset - coordination and validation of the technical prerequisites such as agents’ deployment, setup of the SLAs in the various Tools and etc.• Validation of the final set up and end to end production process• Creation of technical specifications for each custom solution implemented- Provide SLM and Reporting and ITSM Subject Matter Expertise for Process Engineering and Operational Improvement by providing analysis, design, and project support- Stakeholder Management - be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with higher management and process owners/champions- Coordinate and conduct Training workshops on the Processes and Reports implemented as part of the handover- Continuous Improvement of the SLM and Reporting On-boarding Team by adding value to process and tools improvements, automation and development where possible.

-Be an escalation point for all issues that cannot be resolved from the IT Support Specialists-Perform Quality check of the work done by the IT Support specialists-Supervision daily operations of the department, e.g. brakes of the team, availability of the lines, administrative inquiries and such.-Be the main lead in the corporate relationship between our company and a VIP client-Work on process improvements mainly for the line of work that is related to the specific VIP client-Work on process improvement along with the rest of the Seniors team on overall procedures and outstanding organizational issues within the department-Be the SME for specific services the department supports-Coach and train the Support specialists when needed, as well as organize training for the whole team-Work and maintain the knowledge base within the department.-Participate in tier 2 to tier 3 corporate escalation meetings for one of the major clinical systems used
