Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function. Oversees workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts and other statistics. Initiates and tracks orders to completion and coordinate with team members to assure on time completion of proposals. Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints. Work with customers, support engineers, and pre sales team to identify training requirements.Participate in the design, development and updating of training programs, certifications and materials.

Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilungen Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung. Strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Qualitätsmanagementsystems. Durchführung von internen Audits und Überwachung der eingeleiteten Maßnahmen. Erstellung der Organisations- und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie der notwendigen Prozesse mit Unterstützung der jeweiligen Fachabteilungen. Aktualisierung und Pflege des QM-Handbuches.
