During this time, I have delivered all types of projects, from daily monitoring alerts to weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly evaluation reports for 20+ companies, including some of the top Fortune 500 corporations in 10+ industry sectors (mining, financial, food and beverages, real estate, oil and energy, government institutions, telecommunications, information technology and services, pharmaceutical, and consumer electronics sectors.)My responsibilities included planning and delivering of tasks within the available time frame, setting-up reports, allocating and securing resources required to carry out the specific project (e.g. setting up a team, gathering the media coverage and briefing the team), breaking down the project into tasks and delegating them among the project team of media analysts, coordinating the project process from inception to delivery, providing feedback to the team during the project life cycle, ensuring the project meets both internal and external deadline, supervising people involved in the process, organizing project debriefing sessions, monitoring profitability of ongoing reports, mentoring and coaching media analysts, taking part in client walk through presentations.During the time, I improved further some of my “soft skills”, including time management and planning, problem solving and conceptual thinking, and communication.
