Ayata develops Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) software that helps corporations make smarter decisions about the future. Ayata's multimodal AI analyzes Videos, Images, Sounds, Text, and Numbers. We have customers – most are Global Fortune 500 companies – in 3 industries (Energy, Insurance & Financial Services, and High-Tech) across 3 continents. Ayata’s software analyzes unstructured and structured data – together – to predict what will happen, when, and then prescribe how to take advantage of this predicted future without disrupting other priorities. Our software is AI about AI. Ayata’s inventions algorithmically combine disparate scientific disciplines – such as Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition, Signal Processing, Natural Language Generation, Metaheuristics, and Operations Research – to predict what's ahead and prescribe how to benefit from this future. Our technology architecture is inspired by the Central Nervous System ("CNS") and the Peripheral Nervous System ("PNS") in the human body. The CNS+PNS system orchestrates and controls most of the body's activities even though such processes are rarely conscious. Ayata's software does the same for industrial-scale, mission-critical operations. Ayata has over 50 US Patents on file.

Primarily a scientific research & development outfit focused on combining Artificial Intelligence ("AI"​) disciplines with Optimization (such as Operations Research and Meta-heuristics) disciplines. Very simply put, Artificial Intelligence is the science of predictions and Operations Research is the science of decision making - so, combining them is the key to predicting what's ahead 'and'​ recommending how to improve this predicted future. Filed our first US Patent application in this area. Dell became a (paid) customer of this R&D project in 2007. Dell has used our technology and algorithms successfully for Customer Service, Field Service, Parts Logistics, and Retail Operations.
