CurrentDesigning long term CSR strategy and roadmap including financial planning for inclusive growth encompassing community, and supply-chain that are aligned to the vision of JSW Group, SDGs and CSR Rules as well as location needs Maintaining external partnerships with NGOs/Experts for leveraging the resources Creating overall program design including proposal development, program implementation & reporting, grant management, financial management and human resource planningImplementing strategic plans to achieve the overall mission and specific programs; ensuring quality delivery of funded projects involving in depth impact analysis Responsible for guiding and supporting the research staff in ensuring smooth implementation of research activities along with continued monitoringDesigning and conducting quantitative and/or qualitative research and/or evaluation, including developing logic models, monitoring systems, and evaluation metricsDriving and providing leadership support to CSR execution team across thrust areas of Education, Health, Livelihood, Women’s Empowerment, Youth Entrepreneurship and Sports & acting as an interface with the communityEstablishing Social Enterprise Models, developing Youth Entrepreneurship and facilitating in developing the value-chainPreparing Annual report, Company Board level presentation in close contact with Leadership team and presenting to BoardRepresenting JSW at various levels including Govt., Industry Bodies while building strong, quality relationships with external key stakeholdersCollaborating with communications teams to promote CSR and ESG initiatives to stakeholdersincluding supply-chain and the community-at-large through various channels, including social mediaDeveloping, monitoring and evaluating toolkit; developing data collection and evaluation matrixManaging internal and external stakeholder’s in term program implementation, evaluation, reporting and partner management
