In this role, I am responsible for ensuring smooth retail operations across the EMEA region by overseeing logistics, and troubleshooting various issues in real-time. I help manage the operations process for all product launches and campaigns, from order creation to tracking shipments through warehouses, managing order books, and ensuring timely deliveries to stores. This requires regular communication with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, merchandising, and store operations, to coordinate every aspect of the delivery and receiving process. My ability to anticipate potential challenges and solve problems creatively on the fly is crucial, especially when dealing with issues such as delayed shipments or unexpected warehouse bottlenecks. I also played a critical role in supporting the opening of new stores across the EMEA region. This involved coordinating the logistics for new store orders and working alongside store development and regional teams to establish procedures that would ensure seamless operations from day one. Throughout all these responsibilities, I continuously looked for ways to optimise existing processes and systems. By identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements, I am able to drive operational enhancements that benefit both store performance and the customer experience.

Throughout my time in this role, I consistently worked to enhance customer satisfaction by streamlining processes and improving the overall customer experience. By closely monitoring account activities and anticipating potential issues, I was able to build trust and foster strong, ongoing relationships with key retail partners. A major part of my responsibilities involved overseeing the entire order book for consignment accounts. I ensured that all orders were accurately uploaded and tracked, maintaining clear records to avoid any disruptions in the supply chain. I also handled the invoicing process for all consignment accounts, working closely with finance and account management to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.

In this role, we support business partners and brands sold instore and on e-commerce platforms, approving orders anywhere from a few hundred thousand, to multi-million dollars on a daily basis. I own 26 brands as the main point of contact, including; Champion Apparel, Polo Ralph Lauren, PVH Dress-Shirts, Nike Mens Underwear, Tommy Hilfiger, and more. Responsible for keeping all supplier catalog information for online item set-up, maintenance and ordering operations, working in an end-to-end scope. It's imperative to communicate effectively with suppliers, fulfillment centers, distribution centers, and the Nordstrom buying office to ensure on time delivery of product and planning. In this role we also conduct supplier specific analysis for our buying office and brands, to look for ways to make the ordering process more efficient by analyzing repetitive bottlenecks in the process and suggesting improvements.

Heavily focused on professional vendor communication, as well as efficient work ethic. We focus on pulling UPCs (EANs) from vendor catalogs and eliminating issues that may be involved with that process, as well as doing detailed research for the information needed to upload items in the Nordstrom Retek Merchandising System (RMS), for PO approval. This information is also passed on and used for how the items are eventually setup for Nordstrom websites. Was part of the women's/women's specialized item research team. This job focuses highly on time management and problem-solving.

A classy, Pacific Northwest cuisine focused restaurant that requires a high level of knowledge of food and drink menu that is constantly changing. While a server, work is very evenly distributed in a teamwork situation, everyone is bussing, running, seating and helping with tables. A good sense of order of operations to keep things running smoothly, and extremely efficient multi-tasking are necessary.

A new restaurant in which I helped to set up the initial website, entering in pricing, pictures, logos, and deciding on the website layout. I networked to provide a product photographer to get quality and representative pictures for the restaurant's media. I was asked to trained employees on our point-of-sale system in the front of house.

An extremely fast-paced restaurant where I dealt with handling tables as small as two, to private parties as large as forty. My job was to be efficient and pleasant while creating a unique restaurant atmosphere and customer experience. Product knowledge for food and knowledge of the beer process was extremely important.

In this role, I managed the Instagram media and co-managed Facebook media for a local yoga/movement studio, increasing the following on Instagram. I was posting about sales, marketing information as well as the studio's cultural values in ways that were aimed to appeal to the target audience, as well as drawing in new clientele. I also co-managed organizing and writing artist biographies for a blog for a local festival, Flow State Summit, put on by the owner of Flow Shala. I performed publishing and editing tasks per blog post as required.
