Large scale project management including software specification, integration, training, and deployment at the work site while working with a small team to deliver the product on-time. I gathered client software specifications and documented unique edge-case support scenarios to develop a fit-for-purpose solution. I was also required to support, troubleshoot, and maintain a custom-developed work management and permit issuance system with over 500 regular and 1000 part-time users; as well as maintain and replace associated hardware in work site shelters.

In this role I performed duties as a software and hardware troubleshooter for a custom designed software application supporting safe operations in a heavy industrial environment, handled communications between our client and the lead developer, performed software code maintenance in C#, HTML, CSS, and Javascript, maintained a SQL database, and configured internal network virtual machines and server maintenance, among other minor tasks.

I worked to maintain an Active Directory domain with multiple domain controllers, Hyper-V servers, web servers, and 25 user machines. I was responsible for identification and prevention of service outages and disruptions, provisioning of server resources and network traffic to appropriate departments, allocation of storage space and server backups in secure locations.

Management of a small team of student employees with an average daily throughput of 200-400 user requests per day.
