I would conduct training for the customer on how to use various applications on their computer, ranging from anti-virus programs to Microsoft Office.The company is no longer doing business.

I was also responsible for designing, developing, and programming the MDS (Maintenance Data System) application. The program tracked every single piece of equipment and sub-assemblies throughout all the Fab departments. The program could inform the Tech / Engineering shops which equipment had the highest repair priority, it would order your parts, log the equipment, give you repair history and even track faults related to the sub-assemblies and tool-sets. Management used the app to track down-equipment, manpower, rejects, employee staffing, and even cost reduction. I have received two patents. One for a piece of test equipment that saves the company millions of dollars each year. The other patent was for the process theory of the tester itself.
