• Manage online marketing operations for Nevales Networks and its partner companies - NEVANTA.COM, MARA ONLINE • Lead a team of 15 members comprising of online marketing managers, web developers, mobile app developers, UI designers and testers.• Report to Board Members of Nevales Networks• Design and develop online marketing strategies based on different geographical considerations (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Singapore, US and LATAM)• Design, develop, discuss and suggest the best online advertising and marketing solutions with stakeholders in order to match their expectations, meet their needs and maintain a strong relationship with them.• Manage the development and implementation of online marketing activities.• Manage the development and launch of new websites, including the management of web developers and graphic designers.• Manage program budget to maximize the impact of various online initiatives.• Ensure that operations are running smoothly, stakeholders are satisfied and funds are being spent properly• Produce a quarterly report of the campaign and present the results to the Board Members.
