Current-Ensure appropriate service is constantly given to all customers.-Perform the store's daily checklist.-Ensure the quality of delivering consumer and enterprise customer care activities.-Achieve the team's assigned strategic items.-Monitor the quality of sales and improve the closure rate.-Handling variance reports and taking corrective and preventive actions .-Ensure the team's adherence to company's policies and procedures.-Cost efficiency and effectiveness implementation.-Manage and develop team's performance .-provide support, guidance and solutions to the the team.-recognize the team's effort.-Ensure that VF culture are properly communicated and put in action.-Maintain the agreed stock level at all times .-Ensure efficient and smooth day to day operations.-Communicate daily reports and correspondences to stakeholders.
