The Director Strategic Initiatives is accountable and responsible for providing leadership and management to a variety of strategic initiatives and special projects across and within Greystone Health. These strategic initiatives and special projects require high levels of collaboration, integration across multiple departments and leadership teams. This role is also accountable for providing executive level business support to the CEO of Greystone Health. The Director works directly with the CEO to measure, monitor and implement programs and capabilities that maximize business results in collaboration with internal departments, subsidiary companies and external vendors. This role establishes and maintains effective management support with an emphasis on supporting and delivering on critical business initiatives, including identification of capabilities and services that are aligned with the business strategy and developing plans to enhance or implement such capabilities.

Provided support to the Department in managing, planning, and monitoring critical projects from conception through implementation. Gather and analyze data to establish and maintain business policies, processes, and procedures to provide support to departments.

Provided high-level administrative support for a variety of complex, time-sensitive projects and issues relating to regional staff, department heads, and executives

Served as key-contact and liaison for correspondence and communication between providers, vendors, WellCare personnel and member representatives. Provided technical and administrative support to clinical and behavior staff. Aided in the completion of cross-functional projects in support of operational goals.

Managed meaningful use performance indicators and drove the development of solutions to enhance performance and advance the patient experience. Organized and directed clinical research projects. Interpreted data and analyzed results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing performance reports. Served as liaison with medical staff and directed the daily activities of organization.

Pioneered the implementation of short and long-term strategic marketing programs. Researched and identified potential synergies across Monarch plans and programs. Analyzed and translated client needs into a thorough, effective and comprehensive tactical growth plan. Developed sales materials, marketing outreach, and web branding.
