The initiative is engendered with the aim of infusing in the minds of young people especially secondary school pupils, the notion of how to build their personal development and become a better person outside or when they leave secondary school. What they can achieve after secondary school, how to discover their potentials and channel such towards a productive quarter which not only to impact them but also their immediate environment for nations building. It is in this bid the initiative came up with array of programs and interactive sessions that will enable us to communicate our intentions and objective of the initiative to the students and young people respectively. Among these programs are; career talk, sex education, life series, skill acquisition etc.This initiative is borne out of the passion to help provide lasting solution to most of the social impediment and societal encumbrances that are serving as challenges to the progress of young people and youths, especially secondary school students. The initiative decided to tackle this from the grassroots which is the secondary schools pupils because the initiative understands that if pupils at this level have the right information and are well equipped, they will be more productive and prepared for the challenges ahead of them when they get to the university or in their various skill in life.However, the initiative also aim at helping student who distinguished themselves and has a clear vision of what they want out of life to achieve it, through mentorship and skills that will be require to do so. In my role, I served as a key contributor to organizational success by developing project proposals that aligned with our goals and objectives. I meticulously crafted comprehensive project timelines, identifying key milestones and deliverables to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives. My approach included the implementation of effective strategies for project awareness, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels to engage target audiences and stakeholders. I also took charge of recruiting and training volunteers, ensuring they were well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.A notable achievement during my tenure was spearheading the Free Community Library project for VolunteerNG. It was an honor to lead this initiative, and I am immensely proud of the accomplishments we achieved. I collaborated closely with various experts and stakeholders throughout the entire project, from its inception to the successful launch.In addition, I successfully planned and executed three rounds of inter-school debate competitions in Education District 1, Agege, Lagos State. This multifaceted effort involved coordinating 62 students from 31 schools, managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to budgeting and report writing. I liaised with the Education District to secure approval for the debate competitions and ensured the participation of all involved schools. Throughout this process, collaboration with stakeholders was paramount to ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of the debate events.
