Work Description:● Responsible in delivering daily reports such as Shift End Report, Daily Sales Confirmation Report, Developmental Plan, Incentives and Commission Reports and other pertinent reports requested by the company● Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, professional development, and corrective action plans.● Perform quality checks, develop and review performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives.● Responsible for source selection, management, training, developing, and managing performance direct reports through coaching, coordinating, planning, and resource allocation in accordance with the organization’s policies● Performs regular reviews and audit of measurements/metrics in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
