Infrastructure Lead - It
Current• Leading a Team of Major Incident Management Handling Critical and High priority Incidents.• Working as process owner for Incident, Major Incident and Problem Management for the segregated project.• Interface with LOB leads and managers – work to develop strategic relationships with key partners outside of major incidents.• Working along with Monitoring / NOC Team to immediately action upon the High Priority Events from the monitoring tool.• Document and Submit the Post Incident Report (PIR) after every Major Incident which includes RCA, Corrective and Preventive actions to the respective stakeholders to action upon.• Lead the root cause analysis, mitigation, and remediation of all the major incidents by coordinating with the resolving support teams as part of Problem Management process.• Coordinate with Multiple Teams to get the reported issue resolved within the accepted SLA.
