Infrastructure Lead - It
Current- Leading a Team of Major Incident Management Handling Critical and High priority Incidents.
- Working as process owner for Incident, Major Incident and Problem Management for the segregated project.
- Interface with LOB leads and managers – work to develop strategic relationships with key partners outside of major incidents.
- Working along with Monitoring / NOC Team to immediately action upon the High Priority Events from the monitoring tool.
- Document and Submit the Post Incident Report (PIR) after every Major Incident which includes RCA, Corrective and Preventive actions to the respective stakeholders to action upon.
- Lead the root cause analysis, mitigation, and remediation of all the major incidents by coordinating with the resolving support teams as part of Problem Management process.
